Shipping costs are auto-calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it's headed.
Most US-based orders start at around $6, while international shipping begins at approximately $15.

USPS occasionally takes a day or two to scan packages into their system and for things to start moving. If tracking hasn't updated after 48hrs, I recommend contacting USPS directly - they'll be able to help a lot more than I can.
International Orders:

If your order is missing a shirt, mug, blanket, or other made-to-order item… those products ship separately from a fulfillment partner. You should receive a separate shipping notification for them.

I share my home with a cat, so I can't guarantee orders are completely fur-free.
That said, I take allergy concerns seriously. My products are stored away from my furbaby and I sanitize my packing station before packing orders.

However, there is a small list of countries I may not be able to ship to due to postal restrictions, insurance limitations, local regulations, or a history of excessive lost packages.

My return policy lasts 14 days past the date of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and items must be returned in their original conditions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - including original packaging.
If 14 days have passed from the date of delivery, I cannot offer a refund or exchange on your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval/rejection of your refund.
Exchanges:
I only replace items if they are defective within 14 days of receipt.
Any item returned not in its original condition, has damaged or missing parts, or returned later than agreed may be subject to only a partial refund.

All of my vinyl stickers are waterproof, weatherproof, UV-resistant, and scratch-resistant (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
Matte Vinyl Stickers: These stickers are not only durable enough for your car - but they are also dishwasher safe, making them suitable for use on drinkware. Just remember to place them on the top rack!
Holographic Stickers: While these stickers have their unique charm, they may have a slightly shorter outdoor lifespan than standard vinyl stickers.

Rather than screen-printing, they have a specialized printer that applies the artwork directly onto the fabric using water-based inks. These inks do not contain PVC, phthalates, or AZO dyes, aligning with my commitment to eco-friendly practices.
The result is a softer feel, excellent detail, and a more environmentally friendly process.

Producing merchandise often requires large minimum order quantities (which requires big upfront costs), and not every design works equally well on every product type.
I do my best to offer well-loved animals in a variety of formats, but not every creature can become a sticker, pin, keychain, notebook, or apparel design all at once.

No, you cannot use any of my work for your own projects without my explicit, written permission. Every Byte Size Treasure character, product, design, and image is under my copyright protection, and my lawyer and I take defending my intellectual property rights very seriously!
Fighting art theft is tough and never-ending and I appreciate all the help I can get when it comes to finding counterfeit items. If you spot a counterfeit, please contact me with my contact form.
