As a small business operated entirely by one person, I genuinely aspire to provide the best policies similar to those of larger companies. However, it's important to acknowledge that, at this time, I am only able to offer returns/exchanges in a limited capacity.
Returns:
My return policy lasts 14 days past the date of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and items must be returned in their original conditions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - including original packaging.
If 14 days have passed from the date of delivery, I cannot offer a refund or exchange on your order.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval/rejection of your refund.
Exchanges:
I only replace items if they are defective within 14 days of receipt.
Any item returned not in its original condition, has damaged or missing parts, or returned later than agreed may be subject to only a partial refund.
Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items:
- Gift Cards
- Digital Downloads
- Items marked as "Seconds/B-Grades" or "Final Sale"
- Items purchased at an in-person event
- Made-to-Order items (including, but not limited to apparel, tote bags, towels, and mugs)
- Any and all Face Masks
- Custom or Personalized Items
To complete a return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations:
Please contact me immediately if you need to cancel your order.
Once a package has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated. If the package has already shipped, initiate a return upon its arrival and contact me.
