Before you proceed to place an order, I kindly request that you review these Terms of Service attentively.
Your decision to place an order signifies your acceptance & agreement to these terms.
Terms and Conditions
As a small business operated entirely by one person, I genuinely aspire to provide the best policies similar to those of larger companies. However, it's important to acknowledge that, at this time, I am only able to offer returns/exchanges in a limited capacity.
My return policy lasts 14 days past the date of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and items must be returned in their original conditions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - including original packaging.
If 14 days have passed from the date of delivery, I cannot offer a refund or exchange on your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval/rejection of your refund.
I only replace items if they are defective within 14 days of receipt.
Any item returned not in its original condition, has damaged or missing parts, or returned later than agreed may be subject to only a partial refund.

- Items marked as "Seconds/B-Grades" or "Final Sale"
- Items purchased at an in-person event
- Made-to-Order items (including, but not limited to apparel, tote bags, towels, and mugs)

- Custom or Personalized Items
To complete a return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact me immediately if you need to cancel your order.
Once a package has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated. If the package has already shipped, initiate a return upon its arrival and contact me.

Chargebacks and Policy Compliance:
In the event that a chargeback is initiated against this site, it is essential to highlight that my policies are transparently communicated to all users. Such actions may be viewed as potential evidence of behavior resembling fraud on the part of the buyer. To dispute a chargeback, I may present evidence, including the timestamp indicating the buyer's agreement to our terms and any relevant correspondence. Furthermore, please be aware that, in such circumstances, I reserve the right to refuse all future orders from the same customer.

After placing an order, you retain the right to request its cancellation at any time until the order is shipped. Please note that once you have received a shipping notification and the package has been dispatched to the post office, orders cannot be canceled.
Refunds and Processing Time:
Upon cancellation of an order, any funds paid will be promptly released to you. However, it may take 5-7 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.

Order Refusal and Limitations:
We retain the right to decline any order placed with us. Additionally, we may, at our sole discretion, restrict or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may encompass orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that share the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that an order is modified or canceled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the provided email address at the time of order placement. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, scammers, resellers, AI users, or distributors.

While the shipping platform I use typically provides tracking for most countries, it's essential to understand that once your package leaves the USA, you may not receive updates until it reaches your local postal system.
Currently, I do not offer shipping services to the following countries: Russia and other Commonwealth of Independent States, Argentina, Mexico, Germany, Belgium, France, Austria and any company currently listed on the USPS Service Alerts page.
For all international buyers, please be aware that you are responsible for covering any VAT (Value Added Tax) or other customs fees and charges that may apply upon receiving your package. Refunds will not be provided for international packages that remain unclaimed at customs.
I am committed to complying with customs regulations and will not undervalue merchandise or label items as "gifts" in an attempt to avoid customs charges. Your package will be declared accurately and truthfully to ensure transparency and adherence to customs requirements.

All of my in-stock products are shipped from Northern Virginia, USA. Estimated shipping times indicate the approximate duration it will take for your order to reach you after you've received a shipping confirmation, and the order has been dispatched at the post office.
Please be mindful that shipping may still be affected by the ongoing global pandemic, regardless of whether restrictions in your area have eased. Additionally, shipping times can be influenced by other factors like adverse weather conditions and global events. These estimations are based on historical data and represent average delivery ranges.

Typically, orders are prepared for shipment within 7 weekdays from the date of purchase.
However, during peak periods, (shop updates or convention & holiday seasons) the processing time may extend to 2 weeks before your order is shipped. For preorders, please refer to the preorder page for specific handling time updates.
