In-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Pre-order or made-to-order items may have longer processing times. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen, your location, and of course, the post office. Please remember that once your package is with the post office, its movement is totally out of my hands.

Is the item that is missing a shirt, mug, blanket, or towel?
These items are shipped from a third-party fulfillment center and will be shipped separately from the rest of your order. There are a few other products in the shop that are also made by the same fulfillment center and will be labeled on the product page as "Made to Order." You will get a separate shipping notification for those items.
If the item missing is not one of the items listed above, that means I made a mistake. I do my absolute best to make sure all of your items get to you - but I am a one-woman show, so mistakes can happen.
If you're missing an item not marked as third-party fulfilled product, please contact me ASAP and I’ll fix it!
All in-stock items typically ship out within 2-7 business days, with potential increases during busy periods (such as convention season, an influx of orders after a shop update, or major USA holidays).

If tracking information isn’t updating, it may be because USPS hasn’t scanned it in yet. It could also be a temporary misplacement. Typically, tracking information updates within 1-2 days.
If the status on your tracking doesn’t change within 48hrs, contact USPS directly through their website.
International:
Please be aware that different countries handle tracking numbers very differently. Most of the time, the tracking number for standard shipping will stop updating once the package has left the USA - however, your package is most likely still in transit. If you’re worried about its location, please contact your local shipping carrier.
If your package does not arrive within 6-8 weeks of the ship date, please send an email to help@bytesizetreasure.com with your order number and I will assist you.
I have an address validator installed that will double-check your address at checkout, please take care to make sure it is correct.

- Verify that the address provided was accurate and up-to-date. Occasionally, problems arise if an outdated address is associated with your account.

- International (non-U.S.) orders may have customs fees due before delivery. Contact your local postal service promptly to avoid the package being returned to the sender.
Refunds, exchanges, or reshipments will not be provided for packages marked as "delivered" with a shipping label that matches the original shipping receipt. In most cases, I do not offer refunds or replacements for packages labeled as "in transit" because they often eventually arrive or are returned to us. My return policy lasts 14 days past the date of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and items must be returned in their original conditions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - including original packaging.

Our 3D Sharakgotchi figurines are meticulously handcrafted, and due to their extensive handmade nature, we produce them in limited batches. These batches are typically released 1-2 times per year, depending on our time availability.

I often restock items that are out of stock, but please note that some products are discontinued to make way for new designs. Any item in the “Last Chance” or “Clearance” section will not be restocked.

Given the artist-made nature of this shop, certain items may have limited production runs, with only one or two available. To secure the items you love, it's advisable to make your purchase sooner rather than later!
If your acrylic pin/keychain arrives with what appears to be scratches or dull colors, there's a good chance it still has its protective film intact. This film is meant to shield the charm during production and during transit.
I typically leave this film on to ensure your keychain arrives in pristine condition. Lately, I've been initiating the peeling process in one corner to make it easier for you to remove the protective film when your keychain arrives.
However, there might be times when I forget, and in such cases, here's a simple guide on how to remove the film: use your nail or the tip of a sewing needle to gently scratch along the edge of the pin/keychain. You'll notice the film starting to peel, and from there, it's easy to remove completely.
All of my vinyl stickers are designed to withstand various conditions. They are Waterproof, Weatherproof, UV-protected, and Scratch-Resistant (unless otherwise noted in the product description).
Matte Vinyl Stickers: These stickers are not only durable but also dishwasher safe, making them suitable for use on drinkware. Just remember to place them on the top rack!
Holographic Stickers: While these stickers have their unique charm, they have a shorter outdoor life and are NOT dishwasher safe.
Sticker Sheets: My Sticker Sheets share the same durability characteristics. They are printed on high quality vinyl, so they are waterproof, weatherproof, and UV-protected to ensure they stand up to various environments.
I have my T-Shirts/Hoodies printed via a fulfillment center using the Direct-To-Garment (DTG) method, where a digital printer applies my design directly onto the garment. These water-based inks do not contain PVC, phthalates, or AZO dyes, aligning with my commitment to eco-friendly practices.
It's important to note that DTG printing differs from Screen Printing. In DTG, the ink's thickness is not as substantial as that used in Screen Printing, resulting in a softer touch.
