Byte Size Treasure is a small business, run by me - Rew. Other than items fulfilled by a third-party facility, all other orders are processed, packed, and shipped all by myself.
Due to an influx of orders and the ongoing pandemic, I am only dropping orders at the post office 1-2 times per week.
Please allow 7 working days for your packages to be shipped. I am working to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!

Domestic (USA) shipping times:
Be advised that US packages may not arrive on the estimated delivery date. This is due to the USPS being overwhelmed by COVID and an attempt to defund the system by the current administration. Please be patient with the USPS right now!
Current tracking updates and transit times are slower than usual. Packages can potentially take up to 4 weeks to arrive. USPS does not deal with "lost mail" requests until after 30-45 days past the shipping date. Please wait at least 14 days after the last tracking update before contacting me about missing packages.
international shipping times:
Please expect longer shipping times and later delivery dates than usual. The postage system in the US is undergoing massive setbacks due to COVID19 and political reasons. Packages may take longer to leave the country than usual.
For some countries, this can be up to 2-3 months after the initial shipment of your order. I cannot guarantee any delivery date of your package. International packages (non-USA) will not be considered lost until 3 months after the initial shipment.
Lost Package issues:
Please note that I do not control the postal system; once an item is dropped off with USPS, it's completely out of my hands.
If you experience a problem with a package while it's in transit (like your tracking not updating) please contact your local postal system first. They are far more qualified to help you than I am.
